The benefits of working at Capital include interesting work, exceptional colleagues, a comfortable workplace, competitive salaries and bonuses, and health and life benefits from day one.Primary responsibilities of this role are managing the customer service business unit and the performance of individuals within this unit including coaching, developing, evaluating the performance of a team of 6-7 supervisors, and identifying, responding to and resolving associate relations issues and trends. Responsibilities include managing the customer service function, including creating business service function, including creating business plans for new and/or revised business activities, monitoring staffing levels, and forecasting resource needs. Candidate will also work closely with other customer service managers to identify/implement process changes, improvements and efficiencies, and ensure solid business practices.Qualifications
Seasoned manager with at least 5 to 8 years of hands-on supervisory experience.
Strong leadership skills and excellent communication skills, both oral and written, are critical.
Must be highly organized, attentive to detail, analytical, have strong prioritization/time managment skills, and be able to work closely with others in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.We offer excellent salaries, a progressive environment and a premier benefits package that includes:
