Eclipsys is a leading provider of advanced clinical, financial and management information software and service solutions to more than 1,500 healthcare facilities. Eclipsys empowers healthcare organizations to improve patient safety, revenue cycle management and operational efficiency through innovative information solutions.We are currently hiring Case Coordinators for our Clinical and Technical Care Center. Ideal candidates should have experience in customer service with good telephone and Internet skills. We seek self-starters who are punctual, dependable and flexible regarding work hours. You will be approachable, teachable, and a team player with a strong desire to continue learning and expanding your experience in a high impact, client focused environment.Responsibilities:
Provides initial support for customer inquiries received via the telephone and/or Internet. Logs all customer requests or issues into tracking system, assesses nature of customer's problem and may resolve basic and medium support issues. For more complex issues, moves customer to appropriate technical customer support center specialist. Serves as initial primary support liaison between Eclipsys and our customers. Operates under general supervision and will receive 3-6 months of one-on-one product training. Requires a functional knowledge of most product lines at the conclusion of the training period.Work Schedule:
11:00 PM to 7 AM Monday through ThursdayGuaranteed 30-40 hours per week.Compensation:
$10/hour during training
$12/hour after trainingJob Requirements
Qualifications:
Requires 2-4 years of customer service related experience, accurate data entry skills, Microsoft Office knowledge, good telephone/Internet skills. Healthcare terminology is highly desired. / gj-hh
