Customer Service Associates

They perform a variety of functions; from assisting future customers complete their credit card applications to verifying information on those applications. Customer Contact Representatives are the primary point of contact for our customers. Many of our Representatives answer inbound calls, selling products and services to the card members while resolving inquiries such as billing Customer Contact Representatives are the key to our organization’s success. explanations, and credit line increases. REQUIREMENTS
Requirements - Excellent communication and persuasion skills. Creative problem solving skills. Experience working in fast-paced work environment. Proficiency with Windows based applications. Sales experience is desirable.
