Customer Relationship Manager

Monitors and supervises day to day activities regarding job postings regarding job postings, schedules and reporting. Creates recruiting plan for client position openings. Monitors and reports on short and long term metrics, including but not limited to: funnel activity, cycle time, cost per hire, diversity and source mix. Assists with ongoing motivation, coaching and development of team members and ensures robustness of client/candidate interaction, employee growth and satisfaction. Position also includes planning and facilitating weekly team meetings. May act as liaison between the senior client mgt. and HRfirst team. Trains and assists in the mgt of recruiters, HLS, and Flex Staff as needed. Assists the Program Mgr. in developing results-oriented expectations for the team.
