Customer Service Representative
Working in our modern inbound call center, this position responds to customer inquiries regarding various insurance products. Will also follow-up on customer issues, complete necessary documentation and escalate issues to the Team Leader as needed.
The successful candidate will be a HS graduate or equivalent with 1+ years related customer service experience. The ability to answer insurance related questions in an accurate and timely manner is essential. Requires expertise in customer retention and cross selling of multiple products. Should also be familiar with call center support systems and related software, as well as Windows-based systems. We offer a Monday through Friday work schedule.
