CUSTOMER SERVICE

DESCRIPTION:We provide the legal industry with the highest quality service option in records retrieval. Candidate will be required to contact various medical facilities, government agencies, insurance companies, personnel departments, educational facilities, and the military to obtain medical and non-medical records. This position is responsible for securing a complete set of records (medical and non-medical) for our clients. Candidate must have strong background in developing client relations over the phone. Position will receive incoming calls and use client database to organize information.
REQUIREMENTS
SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS:?Prior experience in fast paced, high volume customer service environment
?Accurate and efficient data entry skills
?Experience using the internet to perform searches
?Strong computer skills with proficiency in Word a must
?Excellent communication and follow-up skills needed
?Ability to meet daily, weekly and long-term goals
?Must be able to multi task and posses strong organizational skills
?Will need strict time management skills to complete detail oriented tasks
?Previous experience in medical records or legal industry a plus
