CALL CENTER TRAINING SPECIALIST

We are currently seeking a Training Specialist toeffectively deliver training programs to our call center employees.

Qualifications include aBachelor's degree inEducation, Adult Learning or Business Management and/or the equivalent combination of education and experience; professional knowledge offinancial services; and aminimum of 3 years training and development experience preferably in a call centerenvironment.
