Aviation Customer Service Agent

1. Ability to load and unload passenger luggage/baggage.
2. Answer all passengers questions pertaining to flight and airport information.
3. Update and stay informed on daily fight information and chenages.
4. Enter passenger information for baggage claims.
5. Check passengers baggage for final destination before boarding.
6. Book passengers on other flights when original flights are delayed or canceled.
7. close out ticket counter and file proper forms foru counter closing.
8. Ability to train on proper airline equipment.
9. Ability to communicate clearly and Concisely, both orally and in writing.
10. Maintain contact with passengers, business associates and general public regarding flight information.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Must be able to lift luggage/baggage up to 50#'s.

2. Must be able to travel out of state for additional training.

3. perform work under extreme temperature, humidity, adverse weather, and other work conditions.

3. Understand, interpret, and apply laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.

4. Must possess, ot the ability to obtain a valid Alabama Drivers License.
