The Tucson, Arizona office of Receivable Management Services is currently seeking individuals to fill Applications Specialist positions. This exciting position is a key for managing the accounts of RMS’ highly visible customers. The Applications Specialist position is a first-party collections / customer service job with the following key responsibilities:
1. Responsible for conducting inbound or outbound accounts receivable calls and collecting payments over the phone.2. Gather data and document proper systems per customer requirements.3. Responsible for basic customer and team communication via e-mail, memos and voice mail.4. Complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
1. High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required; some college is preferred.2. Customer Service and/or Collection experience.3. General PC knowledge.4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.5. Must be detail oriented and possess good oral and written communication skills.

Earn up to $11.25 with performance incentives (based on experience), plus shift differential.
