We are in search of a polished and professional Account/ Customer Svc Rep, able to work in a fast paced environment meeting the needs of internal and external clients with customer service. A team mindset is absolutely necessary in order to effectively interact with other functional areas such as engineering, manufacturing and scheduling. Assist with answering phones in front desk reception, plant tours, scheduling meetings and travel arrangements. This position requires excellent communication skills including problem solving, assisting with demanding customers and delivery deadlines. Self-motivated task consists of data entry, typing with minimal error rate, set up complex sales orders and maintain precise files, assist with quoting, and an understanding of MRP systems necessary. MS Office proficiency required. 4 yr degree in Business Management or Supply Chain Management a plus.
