With more than 700 stores across America, Journeys is the destination for those who walk, run, hang, surf, skate, grind and ride to their own beat.

JOURNEYS ASSISTANT MANAGERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Providing a fun, full-service shopping experience to customers
Achieving sales goals
Learning all aspects of store operations and managing a store in the Store Manager's absence
REQUIREMENTS
Retail experience preferred
A desire to succeed in a fast-paced business environment
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
The ability to work 45 hours per week including evening and weekend shifts
