8 MEMBER SOLUTIONS REPRESENTATIVES

PrideStaff is a national staffing organization that specializes in temporary, temp-hire, and direct hire staffing. Our client is seeking 8 Member Solutions Representatives. Our client is one of the largest Managed Care Organizations and has two operation centers located in Phoenix.

Member Solutions Representatives are responsible for the following duties:
-Responsible for member/provider education
-Verify member eligibility
-Accurately responds to member/provider questions regarding benefits
-Achieves targeted turn-around time and resolving issues for members/providers.
-Required to maintain accurate communication through call tracking as identified within department guidelines with accuracy to ensure follow-up regarding member/provider issues.
-Responsible for proactively responding to member issues.
-Responsible for identifying member issues that may result in a grievance and ensure appropriate awareness of management staff.
-Required to achieve a 95% accuracy rate on a monthly quality monitoring.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
-1 year + call center experience.
-Must have some sort of Healthcare experience – can be in an office setting, call center, claims, etc.
-Must have the ability to respond to member/provider in a timely manner
-Excellent communication skills
-Knowledge of computer operating systems
-Stable job history
