Three Springs is currently hiring for Counselors at our boys program located in Courtland, AL. Three Springs has been in operation since 1985 and we now operate 25 programs in Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee, North Carolina, Virginia, Maryland, Florida, Indiana, Arizona and Idaho. We operate residential treatment programs for adolescents with behavioral and emotional difficulties. Counselors are responsible for the supervision of the adolescents in our care and are role models for the youth.

Hours:We operate 3 shifts, 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm and 10pm-6am.

This position requires a High School Diploma or GED. Applicants must be 21 years of age or older and have a valid driver's license, clean drug screen and police background check.
