OneCoast also believes in training therefore all new Territory Managers attend OneCoast University which provides a Territory Manager with the tools and resources to be a successful Territory Manager. Not only do we provide training but have also established the OneCoast Mentoring Program which provides a mentor for all new Territory Manager’s.

OneCoast Southeast has an excellent sales opportunity for a Territory Manager based in Southern Alabama.

You will be representing a complete home décor package, selling to finer gift stores and decorative accessory retailers. Our key lines are recognized names in Personal Care, Tabletop, Area rugs, Gardening, and Home Accessories such as Cape Craftsmen, Shaw Living, Abbott, Camille Beckman, Danielson Designs, Infinity Instruments, Tripar, Redcarpet, Scentations, Wellspring and eighteen other top suppliers. This is an established territory for OneCoast Southeast, with an existing customer base and great opportunities for new sales leads. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining this business, as well as for seeking out new business opportunities.

OneCoast Southeast offers a base salary plus a bonus plan in addition to employee benefits such as health, dental, life, short/long term disability, vacation, and 401(k). We are based in Atlanta, GA on the 18th Floor of America’s Mart.

REQUIREMENTS
Ideal candidates will possess a combination of 2-3 years outside sales experience or a strong retail experience and basic computer skills (including Excel & email knowledge). They should also have the ability to manage a territory from a home based office, and a working knowledge of the territory/retail market.
