Technical Staffing Consultant/Recruiter - Contract

Location: 255 2ND AVE S,MINNEAPOLIS, MN or 2600 S PRICE RD CHANDLER, AZLeads local and remote recruitment efforts for a variety of business lines and skill sets. Responsible for recruitment of entry level technical positions. Uses knowledge of technology and methodologies to acquire talent (i.e. networking, company database sourcing). Partners with management to screen/select qualified diverse applicants, and manages candidate workflow. Seeks out unique opportunities to enhance partnering relationships with internal and external groups and various advertising mediums to establish a network and to create diverse candidate referrals. Recognizes sales and service possibilities that increase depth of customer relationships. Demonstrates flexibility in approach and situation, working with all types/levels of people and changes across the organization
******NOTE: This is a non-employee position and the contractor will be pay rolled through a third party vendor. The contract assignment is projected to be six months and may vary based on business needs.*****************
Minimum Qualifications


* Minimum Qualifications:Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience. Experience managing full life cycle recruiting. Working knowledge of MS Office Suite. Demonstrated excellence in delivering exceptional customer service and leadership skills. Knowledge of employment laws, policies, processes and procedures. Exceptional communication (oral/written) and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong productive relationships. Can be counted on to drive for outstanding results. Team player with a high sense of urgency. Strong organizational and multi tasking abilities are essential.
* Preferred Skills:BA Degree, PHR/SPHR certified, demonstrated proficiency with various search techniques on the Internet and utilizing resume databases.
