The Technical Specialist – Installation & Maintenance will be responsible for supporting technicians and customers with complex Nortel Option 81C, Symposium, and Call Pilot applications and networks. This position will provide remote maintenance and moves, adds and changes on PBX systems at a customer site. They will establish and maintain database backups of PBX equipment. This includes project management of complex moves and additions. The Technical Specialist I&M will work with ESG and National Operations to deliver excellent customer service.
REQUIREMENTS
5 + years experience working with Nortel Option 81C, Symposium, Call Pilot and Succession 4.0 Training.Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent work related experience.Must be able to work independently and collaborativelyStrong written and verbal communication skills.Please provide a cover sheet highlighting your skills set.
