Technical Recruiter

We are currently looking for a ''Technical Recruiter'' for our in-house recruiting team.



Job Responsibilities:

*Once assigned a requisition, the candidate will take
ownership of the assignment and take all necessary steps to
expedite the requisition and place a candidate at the client
site.
*Understanding technical requirements.
*Searching and sourcing for candidates- from job boards
*Dealing with 3rd party agencies for sourcing candidates
*Conducting thorough screening and initial interviews over the
phone or in person.
*Reviewing resumes, submitting them and making recommendations
to clients and Account Executives based on communicated
requirements and job information.
*Provide feedback and confirmation of resume submittals to
Account Executives with in 24-hr period of receiving job
requisition.
*Collect all necessary consultant information for contract
completion.
*Coordinating meetings for human Resources for orientation.
*Demonstrate teamwork within the recruiting department and
cross-functional relationships with sales team members.
REQUIREMENTS
Job Requirement:
*B.S Degree
*Excellent Written and verbal communication skills. Good
listening skills.
*Ability to produce accurate and punctual documents in the
correct business format.
*Proficient with MS products
*Exposure to Recruiting.
*2-5 years of prior recruiting experience for IT is a plus.
*Technical background is a plus
