The primary responsibility of this position is to recruit for Citifinancial Branch Network exempt and non-exempt positions within California and Hawaii. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to recruiting strategy development, sourcing, resume review, interviewing, offer negotiation, and partnering with management on candidate selection and diversity hiring initiatives.



The Sr. Recruiter is also responsible for ensuring that quality candidates are hired within specified timeframes, and working closely with management to understand business strategies and geographic areas. This role is responsible for ensuring EEO and Company Fair Hiring policies are maintained throughout the hiring process and documented appropriately. Additionally, the Sr. Recruiter must consult and counsel managers regarding their role in maintaining fair hiring compliance.



This position serves as an ambassador to the organization and so the Sr. Recruiter must demonstrate the ability to articulate Citifinancial's values, culture, work environment, business strategies, benefits, and other areas of interest to a candidate as necessary.

REQUIREMENTS


High School Diploma

Some College Preferred

Experience on Taleo or a similar e-recruitment system is preferred.

Five plus (5+) years of prior Recruiting Experience (agency and corporate preferable)

Experienced in high volume recruiting

Proven ability to develop and execute recruiting strategies

Self motivated and ability to work independently

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

Proven ability to influence Candidates and Hiring Managers

MS Office Suite

Work Schedule will be M-F, hours may vary between 8AM-8PM
