Job Description:
Work closely with the client to
•Able to perform quick assessment of their information system and develop set of recommendations and proposal to the client•Develop business processes maps and procedures, conducts interviews and working sessions with the client. Perform requirements gathering and gap analysis.•Document existing As-Is state and be able to work with a team to develop directions for the To-Be environment.
•Be able to translate the functional requirements into technical specifications and architecture documents to custom develop an application
•Lead a custom development application project using
•Lead major systems implementation either custom developed applications or packaged solutions.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
1.Strong technical skills for custom developed application and prior experience in developing application architecture based on known frameworks is a must
2.Understands the different application development methodologies and tools3.Prior experience with systems implementation as senior consultant/ project manager is a must
4.Has a good understanding of the different business processes within a company value chain (order management, purchasing, Demand planning, manufacturing, warehouse management, finance….) and understands Supply chain principles.5.Solid project management experience
6.Able to develop presentations for customers and value propositions7.Understands Enterprise Architecture environments and frameworks
8.Has good knowledge of ERP Systems. In particular Oracle 11i or Microsoft applications: CRM, Navision, Axapta9.Has participated in requirements definition, software selection and systems implementation initiatives10.Has implemented large (possibly ERP) off-the-shelf packages and participated in systems integrations11.Excellent documentation and communication skills (sample deliverables would be a plus)12.Prior experience with big five/four consulting firms is a plus13.Prior consulting experience is a must
