EXECUTIVE RECRUITERS Inc. is in the middle of a major staffing expansion the second half of 2006. We are looking for seasoned recruiters managing a full desk that have an understanding and knowledge of not just the staffing and recruiting industry, but also the industry that they will recruit within. As you know, the recruiting industry is one of the toughest professions today. It is also one of the most rewarding; personally, professionally and FINANCIALLY. We have created a business model that far exceeds any other office in the country. Our “Virtual Office” allows you to work from home, but yet for a large reputable firm.

The two biggest perks with the virtual office are:

1.The Split. Most offices will pay you a 40/60 split with 40% of what you bill coming to you, and a great split would be 50/50. Executive recruiters will pay seasoned, experienced recruiters a 70/30 split; you keep 70% of what you bill. We will train, teach, and motivate each recruiter to an income well in excess of $150,000 per year. We will provide you access to the two biggest resume databases from the two biggest job boards out there. We will also give you access to post jobs at rates that are unbelievable.

2.Tax Advantages. Our recruiters operate as independent contractors. Your payments will be immediately dispersed to you, and you then can take advantage of all the deductions and advantages of any small business owner.

It’s time to take control of your career and quit giving away 60%+ of what you bill just so you can use their 2 year old computer and a cheap desk!
