Residential Counselor
Provide direct care and supervision of SED children ages 5-12 years. Provides safety and well being of children at all times. Duties also include maintaining a suitable household environment, planning enriching activities for the children and functioning as part of an interdisciplinary team that plans and coordinates the treatment plan, as suitable to each child?s needs.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor?s degree in a behavioral science or related field; some experience with SED children preferred. Good verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to perform physical restraints, possess a valid California Driver?s license, satisfactory DMV record, current auto insurance coverage, and have reliable transportation.
