Perot Systems Corporation is a worldwide provider of information technology services and business solutions to a broad range of clients. It is currently looking for a Senior Recruiting Specialist to join our team in Phoenix, AZ.Job Responsibilities:
The Senior Recruiting Specialist will be interacting with all members of the leadership team. Conducts interviews to recruit prospective employees and refers job applicants to specific job openings. Evaluates employment factors such as job experience, education and training, skills, knowledge and abilities, physical and personal qualifications, and other data pertinent to classification, selection, and referral. Prepares evaluation on applicants, makes recommendations on starting salaries, and provides applicants with information on Perot Systems Corporation. May administer tests, check references, arrange transportation of selected applicants, and extend formal job offers.Typically, the Senior Specialist level provides significant input and advice, ensuring that all assigned team members have adequate training for assignments. Identifies needs/opportunities, leads projects, coaches other Associates, and acts as subject matter expert as appropriate. Exercises independent judgment in developing method, technique, and evaluation criteria to be used in obtaining results. Conducts most sensitive searches where discretion and special handling are required.Typical Duties:
Researches complex problems to ascertain possible solutions. Designs and/or implements leading-edge solutions to support key initiatives. Provides input to program timeline, costs, and implementation.
Typically resources senior level candidates.
Works on projects with diverse issues, suggesting alternative solutions to solve difficult issues. Heavy interaction with vendors and management to reach resolution meeting employee's needs as well as Perot Systems Corporation's requirements.
Recommends creative ways to address customer needs.
Examines current Perot Systems Corporation recruiting and other programs to make sure that package includes innovative features and approaches. Works with other PSC groups to discuss possible program enhancements.
Provides input on team member assignments, future promotability, and performance assessment.
Provides technical assessment of staff. Recommends applicable training as necessary.
Participates in tactical and strategic planning for Recruiting function. Makes recommendations on programs and projects for functional area.Required Skills:
Requires 5 or more years of progressive experience in Recruiting or a related field, or equivalent combination of pertinent applicable education and experience.
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Previous experience developing strategic recruiting solutions for hiring leaders/executives
Experience resourcing difficult, hard-to-find skills in creative, innovative ways
Experience working in a very high volume recruiting environment
Ability to be flexible in a constantly changing environmentDesired Skills:
Previous Healthcare IT Recruiting Experience highly preferred
Advanced sourcing experience with AIRS or similar methodology
Previous experience with web-based applicant tracking systemMinimum Educational Requirements:
