REQUIREMENTS
You will be an onsite Recruiting Consultant at our client location in San Francisco, CA, and you will have complete ownership for the end-to-end recruiting process. Our client is a recognized leader in the interactive advertising market, and recent growth has created a strong demand for creative talent. You own the “discovery” meeting with the Hiring Manager, the development of a job plan, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and driving the hiring decision. We expect you’ll add value to this process by managing expectations, coaching on best practices and serving Hiring Managers and Candidates with the same courtesy and respect you would like to receive from your recruiter.
