Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, working with the recruitment team on special projects, checking references, designing recruiting advertisements, generating recruiting reports, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews. Other responsibilities include database input and maintenance, interacting with candidates throughout the recruiting process, providing phone coverage, and other administrative responsibilities.Qualifications
At least one year of experience, preferably in Human Resources, customer service, or administrative environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong time management, follow through and organizational skills
Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced team environment handling multiple priorities with a high degree of accuracy
High level of analytical, assessment and judgment skills
Intermediate to advanced computer skills in Word, Excel, Access and Internet Explorer
Ability to handle confidential information
Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
