Dunham Express utilizes ten facilities throughout the state of Wisconsin and Minnesota to cover Wisconsin, Michigan’s Upper Peninsula and parts of Minnesota, Illinois and Iowa. For this very challenging position our candidate must be focused to the task, efficient, organized, self-motivated, and energetic. You will coordinate the recruitment, selection and hiring of candidates for our 2 Milwaukee divisions. Other duties include scheduling orientation of new hires, employee relations, ensure company policy compliance and administrative file maintenance. Some customer service and order entry required.
REQUIREMENTS
Ideal candidate must have a minimum of 1 year recruiting and selection experience. Experience in recruiting drivers and warehouse personnel is a plus.
