DriveTime owns and operates the largest chain of automobile dealerships in the United States that sell and finance quality used vehicles exclusively for sub-prime customers, selling over 55,000 vehicles a year. Currently, DriveTime owns and operates over 90 automobile dealerships located in 14 metropolitan areas in 9 states, and is on target to meet a goal of 100 dealerships by the end of 2006.



We are seeking a Recruiter for our Home Office located at 40th St. and Indian School.

The Recruiter is a critical position for the organization. This position sources candidates (from entry-level to management), conducts phone screens, collaborates with managers, schedules and conducts interviews, schedules and participates in job fairs, participates in training managers, and assists with projects. Performs other duties as required. REQUIREMENTS

Minimum requirements: Bachelors’ degree or equivalent work experience Possess a minimum of 2-3 years recruiting experience Must possess strong PC skills including familiarity with Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet Explorer Must understand all forms of recruitment sources Strong verbal and written communication skills Possess ability to multi-task, prioritize, and set goals Must possess ability to follow through and follow up skills Must be comfortable dealing with people at all levels Proven ability to work on a team and meet goals
