Purchasing Manager/Project Coordinator

Purpose: Small General Contractor in Thousand Oaks is seeking a Purchasing Manager/Project Coordinator.

Salary Range: $45K - $50K

Responsibilities:

PURCHASING RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Materials Purchasing ? which is not very complicated since the jobs are very small
-Interfacing with Suppliers/Negotiating Pricing of Materials
-Checking Invoices
-Product/Materials Submittals for Projects

PROJECT COORDINATION RESPONSIBITLITES:
-Order Material/Waste bins for jobsites
-Trailors for Jobsites

Experience Level:
Probably 2-3-4 years
