We are looking for a consultant to support multiple FP&A applications. The candidate will be a key contact point to resolve issues from FP&A teams regarding their reporting and data related needs. The candidate will act as liaison between IT and FP&A group and help resolve day today issues. The candidate will be responsible to document the issues and updating on the website for future references.
REQUIREMENTS
Job Responsibilities and required skills:
Application/Project Support:
Day to day support on Corp FP&A applications
Technology Types: Business Objects, Essbase, Seibel, Java (home grown)
Application Types: Reporting, Planning, Hierarchy Management, Allocations

Application Support
1.Handle onramp cases
2.Handle alliance cases
3.Handle user day to day phone questions
4.Assist/Create with application FAQ’s
5.Assist with month end support (review audits, etc)
6.Create documentation on support process and applications

User Audits
1.Assist with coordination of user audits for applications
2.Ensure audits are complete, accurate, timely, in compliance
3.Assist with SOX user testing when applicable

Training
1.Set up training classes (includes all the logistics – book room, dial in, sending out communication, sending out survey, contact for users if they have questions)
2.Assist with training classes (attend training classes – help out with user questions, logins, access, assist trainer)

Testing
1.Assist with any project testing (as needed)
