Location is Jefferson City, the Missouri capital, which is within a couple of hours of Saint Louis, Kansas City, the Branson music shows, Silver Dollar City, Table Rock Lake and Lake of the Ozarks.
Responsibilities include: developing project scope and organization, preparing cost and budget estimates, negotiating engineering service agreements, directing all aspects of the project, some design, monitoring project progress and making necessary adjustments, collaborating with other managers, developing client relationships, and marketing company services.

REQUIREMENTS


Candidate must have a PE license, design experience in water distribution and treatment and wastewater collection and treatment, project management experience, a municipal focus, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, effective communicator, good marketing and client development skills, stable employment record, good references, integrity, drive and ambition to become a principal in a firm, good business acumen, BS in civil engineering; and a MS in environmental engineering is a plus.
