Job Description

Provide confidential administrative support to management staff. Assist management with activities critical to the success of the business. Coordinate and attend large-scale meetings. Assist with maintaining tracking tools of business and providing monthly reports to management. Assist contract administration with record management of contracts and help streamline process. Work on elevated tasks/projects as assigned and directed by Management.

Strong communication, follow-up, analytical and organization skills. Strong writing skills, attention to detail and high level of productivity. Ability to multi-task and manage complex projects. Familiarity with the Medical Imaging business preferred. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office programs. Bachelor's degree desired or equivalent experience. Siebel and SAP experience a plus.
