Project Coordinator

Surely this should be worth pursuing!Our client is looking for a Project Coordinator to provide administrative and coordination support to the project team.JOB FUNCTIONS: The candidate will be responsible for maintaining the project documentation and records. Must coordinate project events and meetings. Must collect, report and distribute project related documentation. Maintain project vendor records and related documentation. Follow departmental policies and procedures, support their goals and objectives in order to support and contribute to company objectives.


Requirements:

SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 2-4 years experience either as a project team member supporting technology projects. Experience in an IT environment essential - Intermediate-level skill using Microsoft Office Suite Applications. STRONG ability to communicate effectively (in verbal and written forms). Beginning-level skill using Microsoft Project. Must be able to multi task and prioritize in a fast paced environment with a positive attitude. Experience in a procurement environment a definite plus.
