REQUIREMENTS
Requires clinical expertise in one of the professional disciplines of the core team (PT, SLP, OT or RN) and have minimum five years experience in the physical rehabilitation arena. A track record of successful leadership within the interdisciplinary team is required, as well as experience in planning, development and implementation of services within rehab program.

Strong knowledge of licensing, reimbursement and accreditation standards is necessary. Responsible for implementation, program development, orientation of personnel, ongoing education, training, licensing and accreditation survey preparation and compliance for an assigned grouping of programs. Conducts an overall review of the programs quality and patient safety while supporting operational goals.

Demonstrates accountability for and contribution to company-wide program development, quality improvement, problem solving, productivity enhancement and profitability in a cross departmental and interdisciplinary environment.

Extensive travel required 3-4 days per week by air and/or auto with region. (California and Washington)
