Production Advisor/Supervisor

Production Advisor/ Supervisor GKN Sinter Metals is currently seeking a skilled Production Advisor/Facilitator to coordinate, train, & facilitate their production teams' activities, giving importance to both individual members & overall teams achievement of established goals. You will ensure teams goals are aligned with, & representative of the plant's strategic plans. You'll act as a liaison between team members & the rest of the organization. This position may require a Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent with 3-5 years of experience in the field or related experience. The position requires a working familiarity with team building, lean manufacturing, world-class or best-in-class standards, practices & procedures within a manufacturing environment.
