A well-known Software Development Manufacturer in Redmond, WA is seeking a Product Manager who will be responsible for the following:
Representing business requirements and priorities in the development of products.
Maintaining current status of customer requirements for existing and future products.
Proactively seeking user feedback in order to improve application design and deployment.
Maintaining knowledge of business direction and strategy.
Incorporating requirements into the product-planning process.
Developing a relationship with the Program Manager to facilitate product development.
Identifying, evaluating and recommending marketing opportunities consistent with product line objectives.
Demonstrating and positioning the product to internal and external audiences.
Ensuring that correct specification of a product is completed on a timely basis.

A significant portion of this role will require:
Project Management activities
Ensuring scope between customer and IT organization is well-defined and agreed-to
Signing off spec
Managing change
Tracking funding

Requirements:



This Product Manager is required to be skilled with the following:
3-5 years of work-related experience in Product Management, including developing functional specifications and data analysis.
Strong oral and written communication skills, along with the ability to work with internal and external customers.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bachelor's degree in related field.

Preferred:
Knowledge of Microsoft products and strategies.
Marketing experience with high-tech products.
