Performance Consultant, SeniorThis position improves organizational effectiveness by providing information, solving problems, assessing conditions, implementing change, building consensus and commitment, and facilitating client learning.Primary Responsibilities Include:
Applying a systematic approach to define required performance, determine existing performance, analyze the cause or factors that limit performance and recommend or implement solutions that focus on and deliver business results.
Providing consulting and project support for closing individual, management and organizational performance gaps.
Facilitating employee development programs that help employees at all levels meet company goals and develop individual careers.
Managing the design, development, implementation and evaluation of performance improvement programs.
Creating, maintaining and delivering a leadership development strategy and system to develop the needed skills of leaders in the organization at all levels.
Making recommendations to management to help determine future direction for training, orientation and general skill enhancement.A successful candidate will the following experience:
4-year college degree.
7+ years of related experience.
Business. To include cost-benefit analysis, mortgage banking industry understanding, project management and records management skills.
Technical. To include research, objectives preparation, performance - observation, Microsoft Word and Excel.
Interpersonal. To include coaching, feedback, group-process, negotiation, presentation, interviewing/questioning, relationship-building and writing skills.
Intellectual. To include data-reduction, research, needs analysis, model-building, observing, self knowledge and visioning skills.
