The primary responsibility will be to achieve financial and strategic goals for assigned territory; ensuring timely, efficient service to patients and hospital personnel by assisting with patient placement consultations; instructing hospital staff on approved and effective use of KCI USA equipment and therapies; and providing supplementary visits to assure maximum patient benefit. ** Compensation for this position will include a generous base salary, monthly commissions, and quarterly bonuses. Commissions and bonuses are based upon performance goals. Major responsibilities for this position include the following: · Support local Account Executives with revenue generation and customer service · Provide clinical in-service presentations, formal and informal educational programs for account personnel · Collaborate with other care settings to provide continuity of care · Complete and submit required corporate and region reports/documents within designated time frames · Will be on-call after hours, weekends and holidays as required on a rotation basis
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements include:
· Associates degree or professional medical training in related field (i.e. nursing, respiratory therapy, etc.) · Two years patient care experience in a Home Care environment · Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally, in written format and strong presentation skills · Must be willing to travel by commercial air service to attend scheduled business and corporate functions when required · Ability to work weekends and on-call on a regularly scheduled rotation basis · Ability to provide timely transportation as needed to perform duties · Intermediate level computer skills
