As we continue on our expansion, we are seeking for an experienced Manager of Recruiting to assist in the development of our Accounting and Financial practice.

The Manager of Recruiting will be responsible for business development and strategic recruitment of top talent in the Los Angeles market.

In this role, you will be responsible for the sourcing, evaluation and conduct in-depth interviews of accounting and financial professionals as well as perform thorough reference checking and verification of skill level. Throughout this process, you will assist clients in identifying strategic staffing solutions, succession planning and continually provide them with key market information allowing them to remain competitive in the marketplace. In addition, you will be heavily involved with compensation and fee negotiations with client companies as well as actively participate in the business development of our practice. Ability to communicate effectively is critical as this position will also be responsible for providing critical feedback to candidates pertaining to their individual career paths.

The desired candidate will possess a minimum of five years of experience in accounting or finance, excellent interpersonal skills and verbal as well as written communication skills. Ideal candidate must possess the ability to work in an entrepreneurial fast paced environment as well as the ability to work autonomously. Previous experience in recruitment/staffing of full time professionals highly desired. Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics required or previous experience financial reporting, general accounting or public accounting. CPA or MBA highly desired.
