Leasing Consultant: Shows and leases apartments as well as several different administrative tasks such as; follow up, preparing leases, filing, serving notices, etc. This job is for anyone that loves face to face selling, has a passion for Real Estate, and can contribute to the overall satisfaction of our prospects and residents.
REQUIREMENTS
All positions require professional demeanor and a positive attitude, leadership skills and high integrity with proven track record and results driven. Prior property management experience in a professional and fast pace environment is a must. General office and bookkeeping skills; sales and customer service skills; public relations; detail oriented and organized; ability to interact effectively with prospects, residents, peers and management. Must be computer literate in MS Word, Excel, Outlook ;Yardi experience a plus.
