Based on our continued growth, Home Properties is able to offer our employees with the training and development they need to excel in Property Management.We currently have an opening for a Leasing Consultant at an 851-unit apartment community located in Alexandria, VA.Responsibilities include: Greet prospective residents and show apartments Handle all leasing, marketing, sales, customer service, and administrative responsibilities Focus on converting leads into sales by outreach, prospecting, and lead generation Process applications and lease renewals Coordinate work orders with the maintenance department
REQUIREMENTS
