Implementation Project Manager

AQS, Inc. is currently seeking an Implementation Project Manager

Implementation Project Manager in Hartland, WI.

We are looking for your expertise to provide and be responsible for
developing and maintaining positive professional relationships with new clients entering into the implementation phase of their partnership with AQS.
You would maintain and execute the deliverables on the project schedule and have the ability to coordinate resource planning needs with, other AQS internal departments.
You would also monitor and be responsible for all timely deliveries to the client from quote negotiation to the resource planning to product release.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Assume the responsibility for the delivery of services to the client and as well as monitoring resources and communication to ensure client expectations are being managed.
Ability to multi-task, handle external and internal issues such as project deliveries, timelines, workflow, presentation work, etc.
Initiate client communication throughout project process via face-to-face meetings, teleconferencing and e-mail with the client and be proactive in resolving any inquiries, issues or concerns.
Discuss release dates with clients and have the ability to negotiate price with client and explain why and redefine if necessary.
Negotiate and communicate internally and externally status reports regarding project deliveries, problem resolution, project timelines, resource planning, etc.
Manage and motivate staff that are not direct reports.
Responsible for generating revenue from the client through ISO revisions.
Involved in external and internal process improvement initiatives.
Ability to travel up to 25% (may not be consistent, but sporadic depending on the projects.)
Additional duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Education:Bachelor’s degree in related fieldExperience/Skills:3-5 years Project Management experience, preferably in a vendor/client environment
Ability to prioritize and manage large multiple projects
Project and time management skills
Strong client focus
Recognized leadership ability
Excellent communication skills
Prior Project Management experience in the technology or property and casualty insurance industry strongly preferred
Proven track record of successful project management skills
Previous experience providing project management to external clients.Work Conditions:Fast-paced environment with frequent deadlines, requiring attention to detail, and frequent contact with internal clients.
