POSITION

Broker Agent Magazine/Hospitality Executive Magazine currently has a very unique position available for a full time Sales Recruiter to further expand both companies by recruiting independent contractors to launch magazines in exclusive territories throughout the United States. This is a inside heavy phone recruiting position which will review and evaluate all resumes, schedule and conduct interviews over the phone, make the decision on the ideal candidate for the independent contractor opportunity, produce the necessary paper work with the contractors and establish the market . This position will report directly to the National Director of Sales and Marketing.

RESPONSIBILITIES

•Review resumes on daily basis
•Managed recruiting database (ACT!)
•Contact candidates with an initial phone call
•Send out recruiting packets
•Conduct phone interview with candidates (nationwide)
•Complete all necessary independent contractor agreements
•Work with distribution manager to establish markets
•Maintain postings (internet & newspaper)
REQUIREMENTS
•Recruiting and/or sale experience necessary
•Proficient with Microsoft Office programs and ACT (sales management database)
•Proven track record in meeting or exceeding recruiting targets/goals
•Strong communication, organizational and time management skills
•Ability to conduct professional phone interviews
•Desire to be on the phone 75% of the day, telemarketing experience is a plus
