HR Consultant III

As an HR Consultant, you will draw upon your experience to respond to more complex matters, where the best outcome is not always apparent. You will display a level of proficiency/experience that elicits trust and confidence from your customer group. Learning is focused on developing expertise in several HR disciplines (e.g. Comp., Benefits, Legal/Policy, etc.) and applying this knowledge to meet the strategic objectives of the organization. All positions will require regular travel 25 - 50% of the time.

Qualified candidates must demonstrate:
* Strategic planning skills
* Proven facilitation skills, both in group process and training
* Excellent employee relations skills having managed high-visibility and complex issues
* Superior analytical/problem solving skills
* Ability to effectively apply skills in all aspects of the HR arena
Qualified candidates must possess:
* Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field
* Minimum five years experience as HR Manager/Generalist or equivalent experience that includes handling employee relations issues
* Prior management experience a plus
* Familiarity with CA labor law
