Alignment with the management teams on other SJV initiatives

Experience
3 years MOC experience

Change Management Analysts develop a change management strategy. Work with users to understand concerns, relate them back to the project team. Help to alleviate concerns or escalate them. Design and deliver end user training, pilots, seminars, and conferences.
