Functional Analyst to Senior Executive Service leader on the Secretary of the Navy staff. Excellent to above average skills, degree preferred - must have experience in executive setting - preferably in a military/government environment. Must have ability to qualify for a Secret security clearance. (Do not apply if you do not meet this requirement) Active secret security clearance and military experience a plus. Technical Excellence
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 2-4 years related experience.. Exposure to Continuous Process Improvement methods a plus (Lean, Six Sigma, Theory of Constraints, etc.)
· Under minimal supervision, provides administrative support to an Senior Service Executive staff.
. Support Lean Six Sigma training sessions to senior Department of the Navy staff· Performs duties of a nature that require knowledge of organizational policies, practices, and procedures.
· Replies directly to general non-technical inquiries and brief correspondence.
· Works on special projects as needed.
. Post notes, presentations, and action items on a Web site.· May participate in planning and budget events, putting together monthly reports and supports department on any administrative issues that should arise.
· Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
