BearingPoint is a dynamic organization with huge growth plans for the next several years. This person will play a key role in building the company at the Senior-level.
DUTIES
Meet established hiring targets
Generate qualified candidates through cost-effective efforts (i.e., alternative sourcing)
Develop knowledge of the marketplace to ensure BearingPoint's competitiveness in hiring
Coordinate interview process
Source to particular strategy as defined in the performance metrics for BearingPoint recruitment
Promote employee referral bonus program
Interact and meet with Client Service Managers
Serve as communication liaison for everyone involved in the recruitment and staffing process
Accurately report and track candidate data as requested
Participate in special projects/task forces as assigned
Trained on Behavioral Interviewing techniques
REQUIREMENTS
3-7 years Executive Recruiting experience
3+ years experience working both internally for a management consultancy, AND externally for a recruitment agency
Excellent verbal/written communication & interpersonal skills
Show ability to act as a team player
Proven understanding of Recruiting and sourcing concepts
Demonstrated ability to execute staffing strategy
Ability to support/interact with senior practice members
Demonstrated efficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software; Microsoft Suite preferred
Proven ability to handle multiple projects
Previous database/recruiting software experience preferred
