JOB SUMMARY

As an Executive Recruiter with Ajilon, your primary responsibilities will include, but not be limited to proactively developing new business through a variety of avenues, including networking, cold-calling, telemarketing, making presentations, and getting involved in community associations. Building AND maintaining relationships are the core of your success as an Executive Recruiter.

REQUIREMENTS
We require a minimum of two years relevant sales or hands-on accounting experience. Candidates must be extremely driven, highly competitive within a structured environment, possess excellent customer service skills and have the ability to set daily priorities. A degree in a business, marketing, accounting or finance is prefrred but not a must. You will need to be very detail oriented and dedicated to goal achievement. Strong verbal and written skills are a must.
