ERP Implementation Consultant

B&G ERP software is looking for an experienced Implementation Consultant to join our implementation and support team servicing M1 by B&G™, the best ERP enterprise manufacturing software solution for today's growing manufacturer. As a key player in our customer's success and our team, some of your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the implementation of M1 ERP software at small to medium size manufacturers throughout the US.
• Deliver on-site implementation, consulting and training services on all aspects of M1 software including sales, production and finance.
• Conduct Internet-based training for new and existing customers.
• Provision of product and technical phone support.
• Provide additional services including program and report modifications.
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements Include:
• Experience implementing and training on application software, preferably manufacturing, financial or supply chain software.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline (e.g. Accounting/Business/Supply Chain/CIS) or equivalent experience.
• Ability to manage new account implementations from beginning to end.
• Ability to quickly learn M1 ERP and apply that knowledge to implementation and customer training and support.
• Excellent communication, organizational and account management skills.
• Ability to work well within a team environment.
• Experience with Crystal Reports, VBScript and SQL will be viewed favorably.
• At least 50% travel throughout the continental US can be expected during peak times.
