Digital Project Coordinator (5053p)

We have contract-to-hire opportunity with a local Madison, WI company. This position will involve short-term and long-term projects. Duties primarily focus on internal process management of numerous projects simultaneously. Tasks will include handling general reformatting of electronic files, preparation of original files using various methods utilizing a prescribed submission process and/or design or manipulation. REQUIREMENTS
This job will require an individual with a minimum of 2 years of previous desktop publishing experience and a work history demonstrating an ability to manage projects. You must be comfortable in work with both MACs and PCs. Literacy with QuarkXpress, Pagemaker, Photoshop, Illustrator, Word Perfect, Adobe Acrobat, HTML Text Editor and Dreamweaver is expected. Previous related experience in the publishing industry is required. [This is not a position that utilizes artistic graphic design experience, but rather digital project management skills.]
