Desktop Support Consultant

Responsibilities: Responsibilities for this role include performing the following duties: Perform required conversions and also troubleshoot computer and printer problems to the extent the PC and printer are operational. Support wireless communication devices against viruses, worms, and insure all PCs are locked down with locks provided. Provide start up procedural training for the novice user not familiar with navigating through Microsoft Windows and wireless devices.
