We are currently searching for friendly associates who take pride in their work to join our Decorating Team in our REGENCY MALL location in RACINE, WI, and our JANESVILLE MALL location in JANESVILLE, WI.


DECORATOR CONSULTANT

We need energetic, self-motivated individuals to sell and maintain our complete line of window treatments, bedding, upholstery, are rugs, etc. We provide paid training, samples and supplies, full company benefits, merchandise discounts, and a draw against commission.

Requirements:

Requires ability to communicate orally and in writing correctly and concisely and to use arithmetic with accuracy and reasonable speed.

Thorough knowledge of color coordination and basic custom decorating techniques is desirable.

Ability to utilize direct selling techniques to build and retain a customer following.

Two years successful retail selling or related experience in the line or two years' selling or related experience and successful completion of JCPenney training programs.

Reliable transportation is needed
